STEP (The Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners) is recognised in the industry as the 'gold standard' qualification so you can be confident she can advise you in line with the latest legal, technical and regulatory developments.

Once you become a client, Fetter Lane Legal will store all your important estate documents in its secure, fireproof deed storage, and send out copies over email and via post for your records, and a bespoke date for a Will Review will be agreed. Victoria can then be contacted at any point to provide advice from an estate planning perspective when your personal or business life takes an unexpected direction, giving you a direct and sensitive point of reference to offer you peace of mind.
If necessary, Victoria will also liaise with your financial advisor, accountant or pensions advisor, to ensure your Will accords with their tax or estate planning advice for your estate.
Along with advising and preparing new Wills, Victoria can also assist with making Codicils, or act as a consultant for clients in relation to applying for a Grant of Probate after someone has died.
